Introduction
As we know music plays a role in the lives of all human beings regardless of race and culture as it has been described as a universal language .The main aim is to capture the students’ imagination and unleash all music creativity at key stages 3, 4 and 5.
This is a vibrant department with a choir, budding vocalists and instrumentalists who perform in the talent show and at local events.
Students have the opportunity to learn a musical instrument. The instruments that are taught are violin, guitar, drums, Asian drums, woodwind, brass and keyboard. At present we have students who are doing grades in their respective discipline.
